Disclaimer

Nothing in this website, presentation or document constitutes investment, tax, legal or other advice. Investors should only make investment decisions after careful consideration of the risks and where necessary should obtain their own investment, tax or legal advice beforehand.

This website nor any presentation or document constitutes an offer to sell to, or a solicitation of an offer to subscribe from, anyone in any country or jurisdiction or in any circumstances where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful. Units may not be offered or sold, directly or indirectly, and no information or document may be distributed or published in any country or jurisdiction except under circumstances that will result in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Investors must inform themselves about and observe any legal restrictions affecting any subscription of Units in the Fund. The Fund is not making any representation or warranty to any prospective investor regarding the legality of an investment in the Fund by such person under appropriate securities or similar laws.

Where funds are invested in property, investors may not be able to realise their investment when they want. Whilst property valuation is conducted by an independent expert, any such valuation is a matter of the valuer’s opinion. Property funds invest in a specialist sector, which may be less liquid and produce more volatile performance than an investment in broader investment sectors.

The value of units in the Trust and the income from them may go down as well as up and investors may not get back their initial investment. Past performance is no guide to future performance.
