DPFC welcomes new long-term tenant to Grafton Trade Park

Asset: Grafton Trade Park, Northampton

DPFC are pleased to announce that Oakley Healthcare & Mobility has signed a 10-year lease to occupy Unit 10 at the Fund’s Grafton Trade Park in Northampton.

The mobility equipment supplier becomes the latest addition to DPFC’s 85,000 sq ft multi-let trade park, with neighbouring tenants including Lok’n Store, Crown Trade, Motor Parts Direct, and Motorcycle World.

Speaking about the arrival of Oakley Healthcare & Mobility, Paul Hodgson, Fund Manager for DPFC, said: “It’s great to see the letting to Oakley Healthcare & Mobility complete and it reinforces the Fund’s approach to offering good quality accommodation to the market and delivering strong rental growth on new lettings.”

Ahead of the letting to Oakley Healthcare & Mobility, DPFC’s asset management team undertook a refurbishment of Unit 3. This saw the energy efficiency of the space enhanced resulting in the EPC rating moving from an E to a B rating, helping the Fund improve the environmental standing of the unit and reduce the occupancy cost for future tenants.
